I offer a special laser engraving with all purchased jewelry pieces as my Thank You gift to my clients. I also offer a Service Plan Coverage which can be purchased with the item at 20% of the total cost of the piece you buy.The shipping cost for repairs is not covered for international shipments.

The Service Plan term is for three (3) years from the date of purchase and provides the following coverage:

Stone replacement for accidental loss or damage to the stone with a stone of comparable size and quality to the original, with the exception of stone replacement of solitaire diamond rings or main natural Gemstones Inspections of jewelry Includes:

  • Prongs and settings check
  • Free retipping of prongs that need to be repaired
  • Free resetting of stones that have fallen out
  • Free cleaning of your jewelry
  • Clasp and chain repair


This Extended Service Plan does not cover loss of a stone or loss of jewelry due to:

  • Negligence
  • Accident
  • Robbery
  • Burglary
  • Vandalism
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Other acts of God
  • The item when it is not in the purchaser’s possession
  • Damage of jewelry or stone due to willful abuse or misuse
  • Jewelry that has been altered or repaired by someone else.
  • Replacement of earring backs and display chains.
