Refund policy

NO REFUND or EXCHANGE

Providing quality is my number one goal, and I personally inspect every single piece before shipping it out in order to provide you with the best. If you are dissatisfied because of imperfection with your jewelry, I will cover the cost of shipping and send you a replacement after receiving the item back. 

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date with some exceptions (see Non-Returnable Items section below). Shipping cost is covered by customers. All returned items must be in resalable condition, have not been damaged, altered or worn, all labels and tags must be attached, and the items must be returned in original packaging.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Since Special ordered pieces are custom made, there is no REFUND or EXCHANGE.

To be eligible for an exchange, ONLY if you receive the ring and the size mistake was made on your end, you can send the item back, and we will resize it for you. Please Note: that in this case, we won't cover the cost of repair and shipping (you must be sure about your ring finger size when ordering). You will  also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@aliseydesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
