PAYMENTS
- Payment is due at the time of purchase.
- Purchases will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.
- Any order that has not been paid for within 48 hours of the purchase will be canceled.
SHIPPING
Items will be shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Since all items are made to order, it will take 4-6 weeks to ship your order.
- USPS Tracking Number will be provided
- Insurance is included
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUND or EXCHANGE
Providing quality is my number one goal, and I personally inspect every single piece before shipping it out in order to provide you with the best. If you are dissatisfied because of imperfection with your jewelry I will cover the cost of shipping and send you a replacement.
Since all pieces are custom made, there is no REFUND or EXCHANGE.
To be eligible for an exchange, ONLY if you receive the ring and the size mistake was made on your end, you can send the item back, and we will resize it for you. Please Note: that in this case, we won't cover the cost of repair and shipping (you must be sure about your ring finger size when ordering). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@aliseydesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I love and value my clients and it's very important for me to make them happy, Therefore, I offer a Service plan for 3 years, that will cover most of the repairs on the jewelry piece they buy. ( For Service Plan details go to our Store Policies)
